Our Directors – Mr. S. SIVAGURUNATHAN and Ms. AARTI RAZEE started out with a vision – to conceive and create exceptional living spaces at affordable costs. Today, this vision is a reality named Asvini.
Mr. Sivagurunathan’s experience in the finance field, and sound knowledge of execution in the real estate industry for more than 10 years paved and inspired the entrepreneur in him to conceive ‘Asvini’ in September 1999. He is endowed with sound business acumen and great leadership skills – qualities that have helped steer Asvini to great heights of success.
Ms. Aarti Razee is one of the few women entrepreneurs in the construction field. She gave up a secure job for a life of challenges when she joined Asvini in April 2000, within a few months of its inception. She has brought with her a rich experience of handling corporate affairs, marketing and her communication and interpersonal skills go a long way in motivating the Asvini team to excel.

Visionaries themselves, Asvini’s Directors have given their team full freedom and support to experiment with innovation. A well-integrated professional team and streamlined systems and processes have helped Asvini win various awards, some of which are :

The most recent feather in our cap is the timely completion of Asvini – Amarisa at Ramapuram consisting of 301 units
In a decade, Asvini has become a construction company to reckon with. What started with a single 4000 sq. ft. building project, has today become a company which has built more than 5,00,000 sq. ft. of living space in Chennai and Coimbatore while managing finances to the tune of Rs.100 crores.
