Mar Gregorios College of Arts and Science

Mar Gregorios College of Arts and Scienceis a Christian Minority institution under Malankara Catholic Trust, which runs Medical, Dental, Engineering Colleges and Schools all over India since 1930. It is named after the late Archbishop of Trivandram, Benedict Mar Gregorios.

Situated in an 8 acre campus amidst tall trees it is an oasis of serenity in the buzz of the city. It is just a 20 minute drive from areas like Pursaiwakkam, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Arumbakkam and K K Nagar as the map sketch indicates.
Track Record
Ever since its inception in 1997, Mar Gregorios College has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the premier colleges of the University of Madras. It has secured many University ranks including gold medals. The projects of its students are rated on par with the work of top professionals in the respective fields. Training Methodology
In addition to our superb permanent faculties, there are also regular special lectures from industry experts. Emphasis is on one to one attention and our policy is always to limit the number of students in a class to facilitate such a situation during the theory and practical hours. Lively learning ambience is brought about by constant inter personal and group discussions. Laboratories and faculties are available 24 X 7 basis.
Value added extra course
Over and above the University syllabus, we offer free value added short duration courses after class hours and during holidays. These courses are designed to develop the overall personalities of the students in various dimensions, preparing them for a great life and career.
Real Time Projects
The college will guide the students throughout their course period, three years (UG) and two years (PG), to undertake live projects to develop their portfolios. We have found such portfolios to be of great value during campus recruitments.
