The group added yet another Hotel “The Residency Towers” - a 4-star hotel – in Chennai. The Residency Towers was targeted at the burgeoning hospitality space which was seeking avenues other than the traditional 5-star style of hotels. Chennai’s reputation as a diversified industrial centre in various

domains such as automobile and software entities has made this venture a glorious success..
